GREEK VERSION ΣΧΕΤΙΚΆ ΜΕ ΤΗΝ ELYSIUM Η Elysium INC είναι μια startup τεχνολογίας που αναπτύσσει ένα AI-powered εικονικό smart mall: ένα real-time 3D περιβάλλον που συνδυάζει το e-commerce, την κοινωνική αλληλεπίδραση, εργαλεία για vendors και εξατομικευμένες εμπειρίες. Η πλατφόρμα μας περιλαμβάνει Unity/WebGL, mobile και web εφαρμογές, backend υπηρεσίες, real-time επικοινωνία και cloud infrastructure. Ο ΡΌΛΟΣ Αναζητούμε Mid-Level DevOps Engineer για να κάνει τα environments, deployments και production operations της Elysium αξιόπιστα, observable, ασφαλή και επαναλήψιμα. Θα εργάζεσαι με Linux, Hetzner, Docker, NGINX, Cloudflare, CI/CD, networking, monitoring και platform troubleshooting. ΤΙ ΘΑ ΚΆΝΕΙΣ • Θα κάνεις deploy και θα συντηρείς υπηρεσίες σε Linux-based cloud servers, συμπεριλαμβανομένων Hetzner environments. • Θα δημιουργείς και θα συντηρείς Docker και Docker Compose environments για development, staging και production. • Θα ρυθμίζεις NGINX reverse proxy, routing, DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, SSH access και permissions. • Θα δημιουργείς αξιόπιστα CI/CD workflows από Git/GitHub έως testing και production deployment. • Θα παρακολουθείς services, containers, server resources, logs, uptime και ύποπτη δραστηριότητα. • Θα υλοποιείς backups, restore checks, rate limiting, secret management και infrastructure hardening. • Θα υποστηρίζεις Cloudflare/CDN/static asset delivery, WebSockets, Unity/WebGL builds και large-file/Git LFS workflows. • Θα τεκμηριώνεις runbooks και θα επικοινωνείς με σαφήνεια incidents, blockers, risks και capacity needs. ΤΙ ΑΝΑΖΗΤΟΎΜΕ • 1-4 χρόνια πρακτικής εμπειρίας σε DevOps, cloud operations, Linux administration ή συναφή ρόλο. • Πρακτική εμπειρία με Docker, Docker Compose, Linux και command-line troubleshooting. • Καλή γνώση NGINX, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, ports, TLS certificates και reverse proxies. • Εμπειρία με Git/GitHub και τουλάχιστον ένα CI/CD system. • Κατανόηση monitoring, logging, backups, secure secrets και least-privilege access. • Ικανότητα διάγνωσης προβλημάτων μεταξύ application, network, container και infrastructure layers. ΕΠΙΠΛΈΟΝ ΠΡΟΣΌΝΤΑ • Hetzner, Cloudflare Workers/CDN, PostgreSQL operations, infrastructure as code ή Kubernetes. • Unity/WebGL hosting, WebSocket routing, asset pipelines ή Git LFS. • Incident response, security hardening, cost optimisation ή capacity planning. ΑΠΟΔΟΧΈΣ Αποδοχές: €32.000-€45.000 μικτά ετησίως (ενδεικτικά περίπου €23.000-€31.000 καθαρά ετησίως). Αυτό αντιστοιχεί κατά προσέγγιση σε €1.950-€2.550 καθαρά ανά καταβολή σε 12μηνη βάση ή €1.650-€2.200 σε 14μηνη βάση. Οι καθαρές αποδοχές είναι αποκλειστικά ενδεικτικές. Το ετήσιο καθαρό ποσό εξαρτάται από την ηλικία, τα εξαρτώμενα τέκνα και το φορολογικό/ασφαλιστικό καθεστώς, ενώ το ποσό ανά καταβολή εξαρτάται και από το αν η ίδια ετήσια αμοιβή καταβάλλεται σε 12 ή 14 πληρωμές. Δεσμευτικό είναι το ετήσιο μικτό ποσό. ΤΙ ΠΡΟΣΦΈΡΟΥΜΕ • 100% εξ αποστάσεως εργασία από οπουδήποτε στην Ελλάδα. • Άμεση συνεργασία με διεθνή ομάδα και ουσιαστική ευθύνη σε production προϊόν. • Για τους full-time ρόλους, ωράριο από το μεσημέρι έως το απόγευμα (EET/EEST) ώστε να υπάρχει επικάλυψη με τη διεθνή ομάδα. Για τους part-time ρόλους, το ακριβές πρόγραμμα συμφωνείται με βάση τις ανάγκες του ρόλου. THE ROLE We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to make Elysium's environments, deployments, and production operations reliable, observable, secure, and repeatable. You will work across Linux, Hetzner, Docker, NGINX, Cloudflare, CI/CD, networking, monitoring, and platform troubleshooting. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Deploy and maintain services on Linux-based cloud servers, including Hetzner environments. • Build and maintain Docker and Docker Compose environments across development, staging, and production. • Configure NGINX reverse proxy, routing, DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, SSH access, and permissions. • Create reliable CI/CD workflows from Git/GitHub through testing and production deployment. • Monitor services, containers, server resources, logs, uptime, and suspicious activity. • Implement backups, restore checks, rate limiting, secret management, and infrastructure hardening. • Support Cloudflare/CDN/static asset delivery, WebSockets, Unity/WebGL builds, and large-file/Git LFS workflows. • Document runbooks and communicate incidents, blockers, risks, and capacity needs clearly. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 1-4 years of hands-on DevOps, cloud operations, Linux administration, or closely related experience. • Practical experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Linux, and command-line troubleshooting. • Working knowledge of NGINX, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, ports, TLS certificates, and reverse proxies. • Experience with Git/GitHub and at least one CI/CD system. • Understanding of monitoring, logging, backups, secure secrets, and least-privilege access. • Ability to diagnose issues that cross application, network, container, and infrastructure layers. NICE TO HAVE • Hetzner, Cloudflare Workers/CDN, PostgreSQL operations, infrastructure as code, or Kubernetes. • Unity/WebGL hosting, WebSocket routing, asset pipelines, or Git LFS. • Incident response, security hardening, cost optimisation, or capacity planning. COMPENSATION Compensation: €32,000-€45,000 gross annually (an indicative €23,000-€31,000 net per year). This is approximately €1,950-€2,550 net per payment on a 12-payment basis or €1,650-€2,200 on a 14-payment basis. Net figures are estimates only. Annual take-home pay varies with age, dependent children, and individual tax/social-insurance status; net pay per instalment also depends on whether the same annual remuneration is divided into 12 or 14 payments. The annual gross amount is controlling.
