We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and operate scalable infrastructure and observability platforms.
In this role, you will take ownership of our Elastic Stack environments, Kubernetes clusters, and automation pipelines, driving reliability, security, and performance across the organization.

Responsibilities
Set up, configure, and operate Elastic Clusters to ensure high availability and performanceManage the Elastic Stack with a focus on ingestion pipelines and datastoresImplement monitoring and telemetry collection using Elastic EnterpriseDeploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters supporting production workloadsDesign and implement automation following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principlesBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deliveryConfigure and maintain Elastic SIEM for security event monitoringAdminister and automate Linux environments at scaleImplement application and user security using LDAP, SAML2, OIDC, and OAuth2Manage secrets and sensitive configurations through HashiCorp Vault EnterpriseCollaborate with development teams using distributed version control systems such as GitLab
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in IT operations, software, or infrastructure engineeringAt least 1 year of relevant leadership experienceExpertise in the Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch, Kibana, and LogstashProficiency in Kubernetes cluster deployment and operationsSkills in Infrastructure as Code development and maintenanceBackground in setting up and operating Elastic Clusters, ingestion pipelines, and datastoresCompetency in monitoring and telemetry collection with Elastic Enterprise and Elastic SIEMKnowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Go, Shell, and AnsibleFamiliarity with Terraform for infrastructure provisioningUnderstanding of Linux automation and administrationCapability to implement authentication and authorization using LDAP, SAML2, and OIDC/OAuth2Qualifications in secret management tools such as HashiCorp VaultShowcase of experience with Kibana UI and Kibana AlertProficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
