Role Description We are looking for a hands-on Technical Operations Specialist to join our engineering team. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of DevOps and technical administration — you will help maintain our deployment pipelines, cloud environment, and internal systems, while also supporting day-to-day operational tasks such as managing customer records in the backend, handling internal tool requests, and ensuring smooth technical workflows across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, not afraid to wear multiple hats, and excited by the pace of a startup environment. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a DevOps, IT support, or technical operations role.Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and version control (Git).Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, or similar core services).Comfortable working with command-line interfaces (Linux/Bash).Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and document processes.Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as a secondary cloud environment.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments.Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).Prior experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.Familiarity with database querying (SQL) for backend data management tasks.Basic scripting ability in Python or Bash for automation.
