Full Stack Developer – Java / React Location: Prague or Luxembourg Start: ASAP Employment Type: To be confirmed We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a technology team delivering complex, business-critical applications. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Java/Spring Boot backend development and React frontend development, with exposure to modern cloud and containerised environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.Develop modern frontend applications using React.Work with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.Support asynchronous/event-driven processes using Kafka or similar messaging technologies.Develop and deploy containerised applications using Docker and OpenShift.Collaborate with engineering, architecture and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.Contribute to code reviews, testing, CI/CD and engineering best practices. Essential Skills Strong commercial Java development experience.Strong Spring Boot experience.Hands-on React development experience.REST API/microservices development.SQL and relational database experience.Git/GitHub.Docker and containerisation.Maven or Gradle.Experience working within Agile development teams. Desirable PostgreSQL.Kafka or similar messaging systems.OpenShift or comparable container orchestration platforms.Financial services, banking, payments or capital markets experience.
