📍 Location: Hybrid | Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
⏳ Duration: 3-6 Month Contract-to-Hire
💲 Pay Rate: $50-$65/hr

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join a fast-paced, collaborative development team supporting multiple high-visibility web platforms.

WordPress Development
Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and pluginsBuild scalable, secure, and maintainable WordPress solutionsEnhance existing websites and create new functionality based on business needsParticipate in website modernization and CMS migration projectsPHP & Backend Development
Build and maintain backend applications using object-oriented PHPDevelop solutions leveraging Symfony and related frameworksCreate reusable, scalable, and maintainable codeDesign and support REST APIs and third-party integrationsIntegrations & Authentication
Develop integrations with internal and external systemsSupport Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication initiativesIntegrate with CRM platforms, email systems, donation platforms, and other business applicationsAI-Assisted Development
Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms to improve efficiency and code qualityApply security, privacy, and quality controls to AI-assisted developmentIdentify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvementCollaboration & Quality

✅ 5+ years of professional web development experience in
