About the role: As an Appian Developer at Ramsay Health Care (RHC), you will be a key problem-solver, responsible for designing, building, and evolving high-quality, human-centered applications. Your primary focus will be on understanding complex business challenges and translating them into effective, scalable solutions on the Appian platform. This role goes beyond coding; it's about taking ownership of outcomes, driving value for the business, and ensuring our technology empowers our stakeholders. You will work autonomously to implement, support, and enhance our enterprise applications, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and continuously improving. About You: To be successful in this role you will bring the following: Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills demonstrated ability to not only solve technical issues but also to deconstruct business problems and identify creative, efficient solutions.Ownership and Proactive Mindset: You don't just complete tickets; you take initiative, anticipate challenges, and actively seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
