Accelerate your career You will be a core member of our Database & System Support Team to implement, operate, and support mission‑critical enterprise databases and data platforms.This role provides a unique opportunity to work with large‑scale enterprise environments, modern database technologies, and DevOps‑driven automation initiatives — with increasing exposure to Agentic AI frameworks, AI‑powered operations (AIOps), and intelligent automation that elevates the reliability and performance of our platforms. Your Role Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise databases with primary focus on MongoDB and MySQL.Implement automation using Ansible, Rundeck, and other DevOps tools,Support and operate additional data platforms, including Oracle Database, Milvus, GraphDB, and related distributed systems.Operate and support workloads running on Kubernetes with integration of ArgoCD for GitOps workflow.Troubleshoot and resolve database-related incidents, performance issues, and service degradation using both traditional techniques and emerging AIOps tools.Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and platform optimization.Implement and support Disaster Recovery environments and participate in DR drills.Evaluate new technologies and automation tools — including new Databases, AI related databases.Development on AI orchestration frameworks, Agentic AI tools, and LLM‑assisted operational platforms — to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency. Who We Are Looking For University graduates in Information Technology or related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or database administration, preferably with hands‑on exposure to MongoDB and MySQL.Experience with Oracle Database, Milvus, GraphDB, or other distributed data platforms is an advantage.Experience with container‑based deployments, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD is advantageous.Experience in enterprise DevOps automation using Ansible, Rundeck, or similar tools is preferred.Knowledge of Disaster Recovery design and operations is an advantage.Strong initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new technologies including open‑source solutions and hybrid‑cloud environments.Proficient spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are an advantage.Candidates with less experience will also be considered for junior positions.
