Responsibilities Job Description Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.Support and improve deployment processes using tools like XL Deploy and XL Release.Develop and maintain automation scripts using Unix scripting to enhance system efficiency and reliability.Collaborate closely with development teams working with Java and legacy technologies such as Cobol.Support and maintain development environments, including tools like Eclipse and Visual Cobol.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications.Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps practices, processes, and tooling.Work within Agile teams, ensuring smooth integration between development and operations.Document processes, configurations, and solutions to support knowledge sharing. Qualifications Proven experience in DevOps or similar roles.Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.Experience with deployment tools like XL Deploy and XL Release is a plus.Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and scripting.Familiarity with Java and legacy technologies such as Cobol.Experience working with development tools like Eclipse and Visual Cobol is valued.Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.Good communication skills and ability to work in English (spoken and written).
