As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal technical leadership role, owning and evolving the cloud and DevOps ecosystems that power our software development teams. This is a high impact opportunity to influence architecture, elevate engineering standards, and enable teams to deliver safer, higher quality software at scale. What will you be doing? Owning and evolving cloud native CI/CD platforms that support complex, multi component software systems across development, test, and production environmentsActing as a technical authority for DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platform architecture, driving design decisions and best practicesBuilding and maintaining robust, automated build and deployment pipelines across cloud and on premise environmentsImplementing infrastructure as code to provision and manage cloud and CI/CD infrastructurePartnering closely with application engineers, platform teams, IT, quality, and cybersecurity to ensure systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and compliantImproving reliability and observability through monitoring, logging, analytics, and resilience planningMentoring and technically guiding engineers, raising the bar for DevOps practices and developer experience across teamsModernizing legacy build systems and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the software lifecycle What will you need to be successful? 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, CI/CD, platform, or software engineering rolesProven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for complex, multi component systemsStrong hands on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including CI/CD services, IAM, networking, compute, and storageExperience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and KubernetesStrong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar languagesAdvanced knowledge of Linux systems and troubleshooting in cloud environmentsThe ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate across teams without direct authorityExperience working in regulated environments such as medical devices, healthcare, or robotics is a plus You.
