We are looking for a Head of Development (.NET) for one of our growing products. Your main tasks will be: Lead the backend and frontend engineering team (10 people) - 80% leadership, 20% hands-on tasksApply microservice and service-oriented architecture principles in practice.Own code quality, code reviews, and technical design.Ensuring the stability and reliability of the department's infrastructureDefining and executing the technology strategy to align with business goalsDevelop and improve intelligent routing, including RL / Q-learning approaches.Build resilient services using patterns such as idempotency, saga, outbox/inbox, and retries.Ensure application-level reliability: performance, correctness, and fault tolerance.Implement and scale AI tools in software development and testing. We expect from you: Strong experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6+)Proven experience as a managerStrong backend expertise with microservices, high-load systemsExperience with RabbitMQ / MassTransitStrong SQL skills (MS SQL), including performance optimizationHands-on experience building distributed systems (consistency models, messaging patterns)Solid understanding of frontend (Angular) at the level required to manage developmentExperience conducting code reviews and making architectural decisionsFluent Russian Sounds good?
