Description
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build and enable AI agents for quality assurance use cases.
In this role, you will partner closely with the client's internal champions and align development efforts with existing agent boilerplates, standards and delivery practices.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with engineering teams and able to translate QA needs into effective agentic workflows, supported by strong presentation and communication skills.
This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.
Responsibilities
Design, build and enable AI agents for QA, testing, validation and software delivery use casesDevelop, evaluate and refine prompts, including reusable prompt patternsWork with existing development boilerplates, templates and internal engineering standardsPartner with client champions to identify use cases, prioritize opportunities and drive adoptionTranslate QA needs into effective agentic workflowsIntegrate agents into software development workflowsEvaluate agent outputs for accuracy, consistency, reliability and usabilityExplain agent capabilities, demonstrate prototypes and support stakeholder alignmentSupport or onboard tools such as Claude Code as part of the agent development workflow
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience building AI agents for QA, testing, validation or software delivery use casesExpertise in prompt engineering, including prompt design, evaluation and refinementCapability to work with existing development boilerplates, templates and internal engineering standardsUnderstanding of QA processes and capabilities, including test case generation, defect analysis and regression supportKnowledge of validation workflows and quality gatesSkills in integrating agents into software development workflowsCompetency in evaluating agent outputs for accuracy, consistency and reliabilityStrong technical communication and presentation skillsFamiliarity with modern application development environments and engineering practicesBackground in .NET, React and Angular applications
