Description
Join our Testing Competency Center as a Test Automation Architect and drive modern automation strategies with a strong focus on JavaScript or Python ecosystems.
You will play a key role in shaping scalable automation solutions and integrating AI into the SDLC.
This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.
Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end test automation architectures using JavaScript and PythonDefine automation strategies, including framework selection, tooling, and infrastructure setupBuild and scale automation from scratch, ensuring maintainability and reusabilityCollaborate closely with Dev, DevOps, and QA teams to embed automation into CI/CD pipelinesDrive improvements in test coverage, execution speed, and quality metricsIntroduce and prototype AI-driven testing solutions (test generation, self-healing, quality insights)Contribute to presales activities: solution design, estimations, and technical proposalsMentor teams and establish best practices in test automation
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in Test AutomationStrong expertise in JavaScript (e.g., Playwright, Cypress) and/or Python (e.g., pytest, Robot Framework)Proven experience with building automation frameworks from scratchSolid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern SDLCExperience in integrating automation into cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools is a strong plusStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to improve inefficient QA processesGood communication skills, B2+ English
