About the Role We are looking for a Blockchain Developer who is passionate about building secure, scalable, and production-ready blockchain solutions while continuously exploring emerging technologies in the blockchain ecosystem. In this role, you will design and develop blockchain applications, smart contracts, and backend services across public and permissioned blockchain platforms. You will also conduct technical research to evaluate new blockchain technologies, security practices, interoperability solutions, privacy-preserving techniques, decentralized identity frameworks, and other advancements in the blockchain ecosystem, helping the team adopt the most suitable approaches for real-world applications. The ideal candidate enjoys both hands-on development and technical exploration and can translate research findings into practical, production-ready solutions Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and backend services.Develop, test, deploy, and optimize smart contracts on public and permissioned blockchain networks.Build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to evaluate new blockchain technologies, frameworks, and protocols.Research emerging areas such as:Smart contract security and auditingCross-chain interoperabilityPrivacy-preserving technologies (ZKP, MPC, etc.)Layer-2 scaling solutionsTokenization and digital asset infrastructureDecentralized Identity (DID/VC)Translate research outcomes into practical product features and architectural improvements.Integrate blockchain networks with enterprise applications and backend systems.Optimize blockchain applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.Participate in smart contract reviews, security assessments, and vulnerability analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver blockchain-based products.Stay up to date with advances in blockchain protocols, developer tools, standards, and industry best practices, and share knowledge with the team. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.2-4 years of hands-on experience in blockchain application development.Experience developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts on public or permissioned blockchain platforms.Experience working on blockchain-based products, enterprise blockchain solutions, or Web3 applications.Experience building Proofs of Concept (PoCs) or evaluating emerging blockchain technologies is highly desirable. Technical Skills Strong experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger (Fabric/Besu), Cosmos, or similar ecosystems.Proficiency in Solidity for smart contract development (Rust is a plus).Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, transactions, Merkle trees, digital signatures, cryptographic hashing, and distributed systems.Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Go, Python, Java, or Rust.Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, Web3 libraries, Ethers.js/Web3.js, or similar blockchain development frameworks.Familiarity with Docker, Linux, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Understanding of blockchain security best practices, smart contract auditing, and secure software development principles. Preferred Qualifications Prior research experience in blockchain technologies is desirable, particularly in areas such as smart contract security, interoperability, privacy-preserving technologies (ZKP/MPC), Layer-2 scaling, decentralized identity (DID/VC), or tokenization.Contributions to open-source blockchain projects, technical blogs, research publications, or blockchain communities are a plus.Familiarity with blockchain testing, benchmarking, and performance optimization techniques.
