NN Life & Pensions is looking for a Domain Lead Insurance Risk Manager with expertise in actuarial risk modelling and best estimate assumption setting.
In this role, you will coordinate the development of risk models and assumption setting for key financial risks within NN Life and Pensions, including mortality, morbidity, persistency and expense inflation.What you are going to doCoordinating the regular model review cycle, including development, validation, approval and maintenance, for the relevant risk areasContributing to the model review cycle by providing a balanced risk modelling perspective in the context of insurance balance sheet managementCoordinating annual and ad hoc updates to actuarial assumptionsEnsuring the maintenance of the data and control framework for the relevant risksLeading communication on models and assumptions with the actuarial function holder, model validation teams, internal and external auditors, and DNBEnsuring effective stakeholder management regarding the financial impact of risks and assumptions within scopeAct as sparring partner within the team and coaching more junior colleaguesWhat we offer youNN invests in an inclusive, inspiring work environment and in skills and competences for the future.
