About The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Software Engineer with deep expertise in Python to join our fast-growing engineering team.
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable software applications, optimize existing backend systems, and collaborate across teams to ship impact-driven technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development: Architect, build, and maintain robust end-to-end Python applications and APIs.Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, readable, maintainable, and well-tested code.System Optimization: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize query speeds and service performance.Collaboration: Partner with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to deliver features from concept to production deployment.Technical Rigor: Participate in code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements & Qualifications
