About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Angular Frontend Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation and enhancement of our in-house ERP system designed specifically for the energy sector. You will be instrumental in developing modern, responsive, and intuitive web applications that are utilized daily by our users. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between user experience and robust architecture, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our strategic goals. The position is based in Chemnitz, with an immediate start preferred, and offers full-time employment. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification. You should have several years of professional experience in frontend development with Angular and NgRx, demonstrating a deep understanding of modern web technologies. Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is essential, along with experience working with REST APIs. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is highly valued to ensure the development of user-friendly interfaces. Strong conceptual thinking, the ability to challenge existing solutions, and making well-founded architectural decisions are crucial. Additionally, you should be fluent in both German and English (C1 level), enabling effective communication within our international team. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing modern front-end applications using Angular for our in-house ERP system. You will be tasked with creating intuitive, high-performance, and maintainable user interfaces, actively contributing ideas to improve product features. Collaborating closely with backend developers, you will design clean interfaces and seamlessly connect applications to backend systems via RESTful APIs. Ensuring high code quality through automated testing with tools like Playwright and conducting thorough code reviews will be a core part of your role. You will also participate in our CI/CD pipeline, deploying applications via Apache Webserver and managing workflows with Jenkins. Embracing modern AI tools such as Junie, you will evaluate their outputs critically and responsibly, integrating them into your workflow to enhance productivity and innovation.
