Job DescriptionSIXT is expanding and launching our new satellite office in beautiful Downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing office while creating an exceptional experience for employees, visitors, and business partners.
In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination for office administration, facilities, events, and employee support, helping ensure our Tulsa office operates efficiently and professionally as it continues to grow.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tulsa office, ensuring an efficient, organized, and welcoming workplace while managing office supplies, inventory, mail, and administrative processesYou serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external office communications, coordinate executive and guest visits, and ensure conference rooms and shared spaces are prepared for meetingsYou manage office budgets and administrative expenses by processing invoices, purchase orders, vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial recordsYou coordinate office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships, ensuring maintenance requests, technology, and workplace services are completed efficiently and to SIXT standardsYou support the employee experience by assisting with onboarding, coordinating office logistics for new hires, and providing administrative support to multiple business functionsYou plan and execute employee events, meetings, training sessions, holiday celebrations, wellness initiatives, and community engagement activities while managing all event logistics including catering, venues, audiovisual needs, transportation, and materialsYOUR SKILLS MATTER
