Your Profile & DNA:
We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer with strong expertise in test strategy, test planning, end-to-end testing, and migration testing.
Roles & Responsibilities
Define test strategies, test plans, scenarios, and test cases.Manage end-to-end testing activities across the project lifecycle.Plan and execute migration testing, including data validation and reconciliation.Assess testing risks and define appropriate mitigation strategies.Manage defects from identification through resolution.Collaborate closely with Business Users, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders.Align stakeholders on testing scope, priorities, risks, and outcomes.Monitor test progress and provide clear status reporting.Support go-live and post-migration validation.Drive quality initiatives and promote structured testing practices.Ensure migrated data and system functionality are complete, accurate, and fit for purpose.
Qualification & Experience
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.Strong experience as a Test Engineer / QA Engineer.Extensive experience supporting system migration and transition projects.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with business, product, and development teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to take ownership of testing activities from strategy through go-live.Proven expertise in:
