What You’ll Do Build and evolve scalable backend applications and services Develop high-quality Java solutions using modern engineering practices Design and enhance microservices-based architectures Contribute to solution architecture and technical standards Mentor developers and support engineering excellence Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams Deliver reliable software through CI/CD and automated testing Integrate applications with databases, APIs and external systems Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize production services Drive innovation across the backend ecosystem Who You Are 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development Strong Java expertise, ideally Java 11+ Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Spring Security Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices Solid understanding of cloud-native and event-driven architectures Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and Apache Kafka Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines Strong testing mindset and experience with automation frameworks Comfortable working in Agile environments Collaborative, proactive and passionate about technology Not a perfect fit?
