Full-Stack Developer – AI/GenAI Location: Toronto ,ON – Onsite Job Type:12 months Job Description: We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to build responsive AI-native interfaces and backend services supporting agentic AI systems, multi-turn conversations, and real-time AI workflows. Mandatory Skills Strong React or Vue.js experienceComponent architecture and frontend state managementRedux, Zustand, Vuex, or equivalentExperience with streaming UI, SSE, and/or WebSocketsExperience building chat interfaces or state-heavy dashboardsBackend development using Java or PythonStrong REST API design and microservicesAPI orchestration and secure routing to AI/RAG/agent servicesExperience with multi-turn conversations, agent workflows, and partial outputsStrong web security, including OWASP, authentication, and secure API designPerformance optimization, concurrency, and low-latency renderingExperience integrating with AI/GenAI backendsUnderstanding of AI-native UX, including streaming tokens and agent tool-use visualizationWCAG/accessibility and reusable component/design systems
