Artificial Intelligence Engineer

AI Agent Developer / Founding Engineer Join an ambitious Finnish AI startup and help build both the product and the company from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders, influence key technology decisions, shape the platform architecture, and play a significant role in defining the company's technical culture and direction. Responsibilities - as a core member of the engineering team, your responsibilities will include: Deploy AI Agents Implement and configure AI agents for new customers.Support customer onboarding and production deployments.Monitor and improve deployed AI solutions.Build AI Agents Design, develop, and maintain AI agents for business workflows.Expand the capabilities of existing agent-based solutions.Work with LLMs, agent frameworks, retrieval systems, and orchestration tools.Develop the Platform Build internal AI agents and platform capabilities.Contribute to architecture, scalability, and reliability.Help define engineering standards and best practices. Requirements Strong software engineering background.Python development experience.Hands-on experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications.Experience with one or more of: LangChain / LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndexStrands Agents SDKExperience working with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.Ability to take ownership from design through deployment and ongoing operation.Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows.Fluent Finnish and English. Nice to Have Experience with AWS Bedrock.Experience deploying production AI solutions.Startup or entrepreneurial mindset.Interest in working directly with customers.Technical leadership or architecture experience.
