The company is investing heavily in engineering, and Bratislava is becoming one of its key technology hubs. You're arriving at a moment when the team and technical standards are still taking shape. What awaits you A combination of hands-on coding and technical leadership. You won't just be closing tickets – you'll be making decisions about technical solutions, designing architecture, setting standards, and mentoring colleagues. Part of the work is new functionality, part is gradual modernization of a legacy platform – with real freedom to decide what to fix, what to refactor, and what to rewrite. Your solutions will run on products with tens to hundreds of millions of visitors per year. Tech stack PHP (Laravel / Symfony) · JavaScript / TypeScript · Vue / Nuxt / React / Next.js · SCSS, Tailwind · Contentful · CI/CD, monitoring, observability · multi-repo and legacy systems Who we're looking for Strong PHP (Laravel / Symfony) as well as modern JS / TS frontendExperience with production systems – debugging, root-cause analysisAbility to navigate legacy code and independently design a solutionGood overview of CI/CD, monitoring, and observabilityA desire to lead technically – code reviews, mentoring, standardsEnglish at a conversational level (international team) We don't assess seniority by the number of years, but by the quality of technical decisions and real hands-on skill level.
