As a Backend Software Engineer on the Partner Support team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems that power partner support operations. You will contribute to cutting-edge initiatives, including AI voice solutions that answer partner calls, automate support interactions, and provide real-time assistance. Working within a modern distributed architecture, you will help design scalable integrations, improve operational efficiency, and support the evolution of AI-enabled customer experiences.
