Working hands on with the founders, engineers, product and design.Design and implement high quality, fault resistant, scalable solutions.Deliver on our product roadmap to delight our customers.Build core parts of Round’s products using service oriented architecture.Work across the full stack, from database design and backend services to frontend UX and infrastructure. Who you are We are looking for highly curious, intrinsically motivated problem solvers who are passionate about fintech and eager to make a significant impact.You have a track record of delivering high quality software with previous experiences.You have a good foundation in back-end and database development, as well as a service based architecture.You are a builder at heart and enjoy building in ambiguity that comes with startups.You are adaptable and versatile, can pick up things and deliver results. You have a founder mentality and are often first to roll up your sleeves to solve problems.You are curious and hungry to learn. You enjoy working with different parts of the business, bonus points if you want to speak to customers and partners.
