They are hiring a Staff Front End Engineer to play a key role in building modern internal platforms that will support the next phase of the organisation’s growth. The work is high-impact, complex, and focused on internal products rather than public-facing applications. The role Lead front-end engineering across a modern internal platform programme.Build and improve internal tooling used across the business.Bring strong commercial front-end judgment and visual sensibility, in a team without an in-house designer.Work closely with senior technology and product stakeholders to shape delivery.Help drive modern engineering practices within a business that is evolving its technology capability. What they’re looking for Strong front-end engineering experience at senior or staff level.Strong Vue / TypeScript experience.Experience building internal platforms, internal tools, or complex front-end systems is likely to be useful.Strong product and UI judgement, with the ability to work without a dedicated designer.Comfortable operating in a structured, process-driven environment.Pragmatic, low ego, resilient, and able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
