This is a high-impact role where you’ll work alongside top-tier engineers, designing and building secure, high-performance systems in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIsCollaborate with Product, Frontend, and other engineering teams on system architecture and requirementsOptimize performance, scalability, and security of applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtimeLead code reviews and promote best engineering practicesMentor and support junior engineersContinuously improve system design, reliability, and development processes Requirements: What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field5+ years of experience in backend developmentAI-First Approach – Active and proficient use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs) to streamline coding practices, accelerate learning curves, and optimize workflows.Strong experience building scalable, production-grade systemsProficiency in Node.jsExperience with SQL and NoSQL databasesFamiliarity with cloud platforms and microservices architectureStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPassion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code Bonus Points for : Experience in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud Security domain.Hands-on experience with modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
