We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support the delivery, automation, and reliability of enterprise-scale cloud platforms and applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, observability, and infrastructure automation. In this role, you will collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, enhance platform stability, and support modernization initiatives. You will contribute to building scalable, secure, and highly available environments while helping drive DevOps best practices across the organization. Responsibilities Support the deployment, configuration and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Assist in cloud migration, modernization and platform optimization initiativesEnsure platform reliability, scalability and operational stability across environmentsDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or similar toolsAutomate operational processes, infrastructure provisioning and routine administrative tasksContribute to continuous improvement efforts by reducing manual interventions through automationImplement and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CDCollaborate with development teams to improve release processes, deployment consistency and engineering productivityManage and support containerized workloads using Docker and KubernetesMonitor system health and performance using observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus and DatadogParticipate in incident response, troubleshooting and root cause analysis activitiesMaintain operational documentation, deployment procedures and technical standards Requirements 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Infrastructure EngineeringBackground in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Expertise in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CDKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent technologiesSkills in Docker and Kubernetes in production environmentsProficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automationFamiliarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk or ELKCompetency in Linux administrationUnderstanding of networking fundamentals, IAM concepts and cloud security principlesCapability to work with Git and version control workflowsAdvanced English communication skills Nice to have Familiarity with Helm and Kubernetes package managementKnowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automationBackground in supporting APIs, platform services or distributed systemsExposure to enterprise-scale modernization and cloud transformation programsCompetency in Agile environments and distributed teams We offer Comprehensive wellness: WellHub Plan (Gympass) with access to thousands of centers, annual ophthalmological operation and exclusive discounts on health and beauty100% Payroll SchemeLegal BenefitsBenefits PackageProfessional Development PlanMulticultural CollaborationReferal ProgramCommercial Agreements and Discounts: Through exclusive agreements with partner companies, EPAMers and their families have access to special prices on products and services, offered as discounts for being part of EPAMDevelopment opportunities EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
