Your Day-to-Day Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web and/or mobile applications for production environments.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms while ensuring performance, scalability, and system availability.Optimize relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and implement caching strategies to improve application performance.Ensure system security, reliability, and code quality by following engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing technical knowledge, reviewing code, and driving engineering excellence. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development for production environments.Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies, frameworks, and libraries.Experience working with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), caching systems, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about building secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
