DevOps Engineer - private cloud (f/m/x)

We are looking for DevOps Engineers (mid and senior levels) to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality automation and infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects utilizing the latest technologies while collaborating with a diverse group of DevOps professionals. Your work will involve creating and updating automation pipelines, infrastructure-as-code templates, and container orchestration, all aimed at enhancing performance and reliability. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Poland. Your tasks Being part of a multi-skilled team of DevOps engineers with varied skill sets, focusing on automation pipelines, IaC templates, scripting, coding, container orchestration, and performance engineeringFostering a culture of continuous improvement and development by promoting DevOps principles and practices that lead to faster innovationKeeping abreast of technology market changes to support the organization in staying ahead of industry trendsUnderstanding the impact of technical decisions on projects and departmental practices, and taking responsibility for those decisionsPrioritizing tasks and projects effectively, demonstrating good judgment of criticalitySupporting the definition and adoption of best practices and standards to ensure effective governanceContributing to planning sessions in an Agile manner using Kanban boardsDeveloping new and maturing existing product stacks and automation processesCreating and updating documentation for new and existing productsAutomating processes to drive efficiencies, minimize human error, and reduce manual inputEnsuring security risks are considered and mitigated when designing and implementing new products and services Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in a DevOps engineering role with a proven ability to deliver high-quality automation pipelines and infrastructure as code under pressureDemonstrable experience using CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOpsExceptional understanding of IaC techniques and tools including ARM, Terraform, and CloudFormationExperience with development languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or Shell for building reusable toolsPrivate cloud experience, particularly with VMwareExperience working with container technologies such as Azure AKS, Amazon ECS, Kubernetes, and DockerGeneral Windows or Linux administration skills, along with automation and scripting experiencePractical knowledge of system architectures, networking, and private cloud environmentsA deep understanding of core VMware technologies (vSphere, ESX, NSX)Practical knowledge of SAN’s and LAN'sFluent English Nice to have Experience with public cloud (Azure, AWS)Desirable certifications such as Azure DevOps Expert, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Docker Certified Associate Job no.
