Description
We are looking for a Senior Go Engineer to join a high-impact initiative focused on building modern integration, automation and AI-driven platform solutions.
You will collaborate closely with the Product & Development team and contribute to the design and development of scalable backend systems, including components related to AI/ML and MLOps.
This role requires a strong engineering mindset, ownership and the ability to work in a collaborative product-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Design and develop high-performance backend services using GoContribute to system architecture and evolution of platform componentsParticipate in real-time collaboration and pair programmingEnsure production readiness, including monitoring, alerting and scalabilitySupport the full development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing (Kubernetes) and production configurationWrite clean, maintainable and efficient code aligned with existing standardsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
5+ years of experience in backend developmentStrong expertise in Go, including concurrency and performance optimizationExperience building scalable high-load systemsHands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native environmentsExperience with monitoring, alerting and production supportUnderstanding of modern SDLC and DevOps practicesStrong collaboration skills and ability to work in a distributed teamProduct-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to technical decisionsUpper-Intermediate (B2+) English level
