You connect business priorities with HR solutions, support organizational change, and help attract, develop and retain critical technology talent. Your work directly contributes to building an agile, future-ready organization that embraces innovation and continuous transformation.Key responsibilities:Partner with managers and senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.Drive key HR initiatives, including talent management, workforce planning, employee development and the people cycle.Support organizational transformations, change management initiatives and evolving operating models.Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce composition, succession planning and talent retention strategies.Leverage HR insights and market trends, including developments in AI and digital transformation, to support business decision-making.Who you’ll work withYou will join a team of 4 HR Business Partners in HQ working closely with business leaders and HR Centres of Expertise. The team combines strong business understanding with a collaborative and supportive approach.
