We are currently looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to support our engineering team. Location: Rastatt or Gothenburg Lead our global efforts in creating and optimizing cutting-edge software solutions. Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization—while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to build impactful solutions, drive growth, and enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities What you will do: Define and execute global product vision, strategy, and roadmapTranslate customer and market insights into clear product requirementsDrive end‑to‑end product development from ideation to launchCollaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketingChampion user‑centric design and exceptional user experienceMonitor competition and refine product positioningLead global go‑to‑market strategiesDefine and execute AI strategy for software productsSet KPIs, track performance, and optimize products throughout their lifecycleCommunicate progress, risks, and results to senior stakeholders Values & Behaviors Team player, trusted advisor, results‑driven, focused on continuous improvement. Skills & Tools English and Swedish; experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) and IoT device management. Reporting Line Reports to the VP of Product Management What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required. Strong experience with: Extensive experience in software product management, preferably with cloud-hosted software (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.) and digital content or IoT device management. Experience in transportation industry is a MUST.Strong understanding of software engineering principles and communication protocols (wired, wireless, TCP/IP). Knowledge of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer experience principles. Ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize data, and develop innovative solutions. Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities (written and verbal) influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English. Familiarity with product analytics, data visualization tools, and user experience design principles.
