Our client, Sentante, is developing a groundbreaking robotic platform for endovascular surgery featuring true 1:1 haptic force feedback - the only system of its kind in the world. Sentante is entering an exciting stage of growth. The company has a team of around 50 professionals based in Kaunas. As part of this journey, Sentante is looking for a Software Engineer (Linux, Connectivity & Secure Remote Updates). This is an opportunity to help build the infrastructure for remote robotic surgery - technology that does not yet exist anywhere in the world. In this role, you will design and develop systems that securely connect surgeons with patients across networks, enabling hospitals to perform procedures that would otherwise not be possible. We are looking for a Software Engineer to own the infrastructure that connects, secures, and maintains Sentante systems in the field. You will build and manage the Linux-based server environment, design connectivity solutions between system components and remote sites, implement secure OTA update pipelines across deployed units, and ensure surgical data is received, stored, and transmitted securely. This is a high-ownership role in a small, senior team. Your work will run in hospital environments where reliability and security are non-negotiable.
