Job DescriptionLead the creation of weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecast.Lead and facilitate S&OP forecast meetings.Oversee the calculation of proper supply plans based on generated demand forecasts.Review, prepare, and update monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actuals.Ensure the maintenance of healthy inventory in distribution centers and stores based on target days cover.Manage, mentor, and closely work with demand planning specialists to drive adjustments on the plan.Monitor supplier issues and manage escalations as necessary to ensure availability.Oversee the identification of slow-moving SKUs and flag them to stakeholders to drive strategic action.Oversee the identification of SKUs with inventory showing no-movement for the past 28 days.Collaborate with inventory controllers on identifying stocks for balancing across warehouses.Take full ownership of the category group by being on top of issues related to overall S&OP, especially in ordering and availability.Lead cross-functional teams to assist in projects, drive strategic actions, or resolve complex issues.Working cross-market in the Asia Pacific region
