Summary ✨ AI‑Generated

Own the real-time runtime for a safety-critical embedded platform, from kernel-level integration through certified release. You will work deeply with QNX, mixed-criticality partitioning, BSPs, scheduling, IPC, deterministic memory, and latency-sensitive paths. Strong C and modern C++ expertise, along with safety-oriented coding standards, is essential.

Highlights

Senior-level ownership of a safety-critical real-time runtime from kernel integration through certified release. The role offers strong technical autonomy, deep embedded systems work, equity participation, and the opportunity to shape safety-focused robotics technology.

Description

Senior QNX / RTOS Engineer Berlin €78,000 – €90,000 + equity The company An early-stage, well-backed robotics safety business in Berlin. They build certifiable, hardware-agnostic safety systems that let autonomous machines operate around people — retrofittable onto existing platforms rather than locked to one vendor's controller. Small, senior team, already deploying with recognised robotics partners. The role You own the real-time runtime end to end kernel-level integration through to certified release.
