BettingJobs is hiring a Senior Software Engineer a global leader in online gaming, to join a new backend engineering team in Toronto. Responsibilitie s: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET backend services.Build and manage real-time data pipelines and integrations.Extend legacy systems to ensure stability and backward compatibility.Diagnose and resolve production issues.Oversee the deployment lifecycle and CI/CD process es. Requireme nts: 5+ years of .NET development experienceStrong background in distributed systems and microservicesExperience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka), REST APIs, gRPC, or WebSocketsProficiency with Redis, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Skilled with observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana)Comfortable with complex business logic and high ownership rolesDegree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent exper ience Bonus: Experience with financial/trading domains, test automation, GitOps/CD tools, or actor model frame works.
