At Coforge, we are hiring Mid Software Engineer (Front End) (#22396) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable, responsive, and accessible front-end solutions using modern web technologies, with a strong focus on React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Build modular, reusable components and design systems, leveraging Apache Velocity JS, macros, and dynamic logic to create personalized email templates.
Integrate internal and external APIs to consume and transform dynamic data into conditional, logic-driven email experiences.
Develop and maintain highly responsive HTML/CSS email templates compatible with major email clients, including Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of related software engineering experience with a strong front-end focus, or equivalent experience with a Master's degree.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Strong command of Apache Velocity JS (VLT), including macros such as #set, #if, #foreach, and #define.
Experience building scalable design systems and reusable components.
Strong experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, command-line tools, and modern IDEs.
Proven experience integrating and consuming APIs for dynamic content.
Advanced HTML/CSS skills, including responsive and accessible development for email clients.
Experience with Figma and translating designs into modular code.
Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab CI.
Experience with internationalization and localization frameworks.
