DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and help build, automate, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure development and deployment environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, containerization, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code. You will work closely with software developers, architects, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams to improve the efficiency and reliability of the software delivery lifecycle. ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable DevOps infrastructure.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and application deployments.Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions.Manage and optimize cloud environments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of infrastructure and applications.Collaborate with development teams to streamline software delivery and deployment processes.Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues.Implement automated testing and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.Manage configuration and secrets securely across environments.Support application releases and production deployments.Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity mechanisms where required.Continuously improve infrastructure automation, deployment processes, and operational practices.Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.Participate in on-call and production support activities when required.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, System Engineering, or a related field.Strong experience with Linux environments and system administration.Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform:AWSMicrosoft AzureGoogle Cloud PlatformStrong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.Good knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.Experience with Git and version control systems.Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs, load balancing, and firewalls.Experience implementing monitoring and logging solutions.Good understanding of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and access control.Experience working with Agile development teams.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good English communication skills.Nice to HaveExperience with Helm and Kubernetes ecosystem tools.Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, or similar monitoring platforms.Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.Knowledge of security scanning and DevSecOps practices.Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.Knowledge of database administration and cloud database services.Relevant AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proactive and automation-oriented mindset.Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to security, reliability, and operational excellence.Willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies.
