Location: Zaandam, Netherlands
Job Type: 2 years Fixed Term Employment
Job Mode: Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in a week
Roles & Responsibilities :
Development Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend services using FastAPI.
· Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs with high performance and reliability.
· Collaborate with frontend and platform teams to deliver full-stack solutions.
· Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices.
DevOps & Platform Responsibilities
· Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes.
· Manage Kubernetes deployments using Helm charts.
· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
· Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
· Monitor system performance and reliability using Grafana and related tools.
Database & System Design
· Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
· Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity and scalability.
· Participate in architecture and design reviews.
Operational Excellence
· Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
· Implement observability, logging, and monitoring solutions.

Required Skills:
