YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You build and maintain the core technical infrastructure of SIXT's future AI-powered HR technology landscape, including databases, data models, and system foundationsYou implement access controls, permissions structures, and security frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance across the HRIS platformYou develop and execute technical solutions using AI-assisted development tools and Vibecoding methodologies as your primary working approachYou translate architectural blueprints from the HRIS AI Vibecoding Architect into functional, scalable, and reliable system componentsYou identify and resolve technical issues within the infrastructure layer, continuously improving system stability and performanceYou document technical implementations and contribute to the development of engineering standards within the People Systems, Data & AI teamYOUR SKILLS MATTER
