You will be instrumental in driving the design and delivery of scalable, reusable solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams in a flexible working environment that promotes work-life balance and professional growth. Responsibilities: Architect, develop, test, and deploy critical software components, APIs, and data pipelines while taking personal ownership of the technical solutions.Create prototypes and Minimum Viable Products rapidly to validate client needs and market opportunities.Design scalable, maintainable backend architecture, integrating industrial data sources and cloud services using technologies such as REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.Engage with clients and internal teams to translate operational challenges into innovative technical solutions, balancing functionality with quick deployment.Lead the development of Digital Twin applications and industrial digital solutions, integrating real-time industrial data with simulation models, GIS, and engineering visuals.Identify opportunities to turn recurring client problems into scalable product offerings and oversee solution reuse and commercialisation efforts.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to colleagues, ensuring architecture integrity and high-quality delivery across all product components. Ideal Candidate Profile: At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in software/product engineering, with proven success in developing and deploying complex software solutions.Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, or C#, with a solid understanding of software architecture and modern engineering principles.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and API development (RESTful/Microservices).Knowledge of industrial communication protocols like OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, and experience working with industrial data systems, SCADA, or historians is highly desirable.Familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, or industrial IoT technologies, particularly in energy or manufacturing environments.Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of translating client needs into innovative technical solutions.
