We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to add to our team in Charlotte.
This employee will design and code functional software programs and applications while collaborating with teams to set specifications, write code, conduct testing and troubleshoot applications.

This role works on a mature, enterprise-grade Angular application built with performance, scalability, and maintainability in mind.
The codebase emphasizes reactive, observable-driven UI state, strong architectural discipline, and advanced template composition.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable reasoning about RxJS-heavy Angular applications, optimizing change detection, designing scalable form systems, and working in codebases that favor reactive patterns over imperative UI logic.
In This Position, You Will Be Required To
Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.Analyze, define, and document requirements for new features or modifications in collaboration with the project champion and/or impacted user groupWrite and maintain documentation to describe application intent, logic, testing, changes, and correctionsEvaluate application performance and address issues appropriatelyDocument issues and resolutions for future referenceProvide project status updates to the development team and stake holdersParticipate in code reviewProvide application support to end users and colleagues as neededLearn new coding languages and technologies as neededAssist in the establishment and implementation of short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed.Produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projectsProvide best in class end user support and experience
To be successful in this position, an ideal candidate will have:
Five or more years of experience in the field, developing robust Angular applications with a C#/SQL server backend.Proficiency in the programming languages Angular, HTML/CSS, C#, and SQL.Demonstrable knowledge of the following is a bonus PHP, Power BI, Azure and/or AWS cloud.Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
