Job Summary This job involves assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. It debugs software to optimize performance, participates in code reviews for continuous improvement, and implements testing protocols to ensure reliability. It writes technical documentation and works with Quality Assurance to verify that applications meet specifications and user requirements. Responsibilities Assisting with the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using appropriate programming languagesParticipating in code reviews, providing feedback for continuous development process improvementImplementing testing protocols to identify bugs, enhance performance, and ensure application reliabilityParticipating in agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to enhance team collaboration and project managementStaying informed on emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions for software functionalityWriting and editing technical documentation to support software design and application requirementsReviewing literature, patents, and current practices relevant to assigned projects to support the development of robust software functionalityWorking with Quality Assurance to ensure applications meet technical specifications and user needsDebugging software to enhance performance and user experienceConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
