We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who owns features end-to-end.
Database schema, API, interface, deployment — all of it.
You won't be handed tickets from a backlog; you'll be handed a problem and the room to solve it.
Responsibilities
Ship features end-to-end: data model, API, UI, deployment — no handoffsBuild on our stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres, Inngest, Claude APIDesign and evolve the data model behind matching, qualification, and market dataIntegrate LLM-powered workflows into real product surfaces, not demosKeep the platform fast and reliable as data volume and team size growWork directly with founders and brokers — they sit 30 meters away, not in a persona docSet standards as we grow: code quality, testing, review, deployment
Requirements
Production experience building web applications end-to-end — startup context a plusSolid TypeScript, React/Next.js, and SQL/Postgres fundamentalsYou're comfortable moving across the stack in a single day and don't need a specialist to unblock youYou think in systems and can explain a tradeoff in one sentenceBias to ship: a working v1 in production beats a perfect v3 in FigmaBonus: LLM integrations, RAG, agentic workflows, vertical SaaS, or B2B marketplacesBonus: experience with Supabase, Inngest, or vector databasesOpen to strong Entry and Junior candidates who can show real shipped workBusiness-fluent English; German a plus, not required
