About The Role We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with 7–8 years of experience to design and build scalable, enterprise-grade backend systems. You will lead backend development initiatives, work on microservices architecture, and contribute to high-performance, cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java.Build and manage microservices-based architecture.Develop secure and scalable REST APIs.Optimize application performance and system scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design and delivery.Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Required Skills & Qualifications 7–8 years of experience in Java backend development.Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.Experience with microservices architecture.Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.Experience with cloud platforms and deployment practices.Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
