Job SummaryWe are looking for a Tech Lead DevSecOps to lead our DevOps and security initiatives, ensuring reliable, scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure.
This role combines technical leadership, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, automation, and incident management while leading and developing the DevOps & IT Security team.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and define the DevSecOps strategy and technical roadmap across infrastructure, CI/CD, cloud, security, and automation.Lead, mentor, and develop DevOps Engineers and IT Security team members.Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and deployment automation.Manage and optimize cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including reliability, monitoring, capacity, and cost efficiency.Implement security-by-design and shift-left security, including SAST, DAST, SCA, vulnerability management, IAM, and secrets management.Establish monitoring, observability, SLI/SLO, incident response, RCA, and post-incident improvement practices.Drive infrastructure automation, ChatOps, AIOps, and AI-assisted operations for monitoring, incident triage, and remediation.Lead FinOps practices to monitor and optimize cloud and infrastructure costs.Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and IT stakeholders to ensure infrastructure and security support business needs.Lead technical response for critical production incidents and security events.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or related areas.Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical leadership / team lead role.Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Good understanding of network security, IAM, vulnerability management, secrets management, and application security.Experience integrating SAST, DAST, and SCA into CI/CD pipelines.Familiar with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and production reliability.Familiarity with FinOps/cloud cost optimization.Familiarity with AIOps, ChatOps, AI-driven automation, or AI-assisted infrastructure operations is preferred.Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to HaveCloud, Kubernetes, or security certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP, CKA, CISSP, or CEH.Experience working in B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
