Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Programador FullStack role based in Palma. The FullStack Programmer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications that support Roibos’s B2B hotel distribution platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features on both front-end and back-end, integrating APIs and third-party services, and optimizing system performance and security. The role involves collaborating closely with product, QA, and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of the codebase and development processes. The programmer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities to ensure reliable and maintainable releases. Qualifications Solid experience in full-stack web development using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar).Strong proficiency in core web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, SQL querying, data modeling, and performance optimization.Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with external systems, including design, development, and documentation of services.Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.Understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing (unit, integration), code reviews, and clean, maintainable code.Familiarity with security best practices, scalability, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly beneficial.Ability to work in a team-oriented, agile environment, with good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace platforms is a plus; proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
