In this role, you will take on a key responsibility to retain, upsell, and/or cross-sell Beer52 products to subscribers, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction. What you’ll do Answer inbound retention calls Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer resolution/ education and negotiate using retention offers Retain customers in compliance with Beer52 guidelines and protocols Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings Attend cross-trainings and upskilling What you’ll bring Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Positive energy and can-do attitude A person with high regard for integrity and diligence Critical thinking with technical and language proficiency Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision Empathy, emotional intelligence, and resilience Effective time management and multitasking abilities An interest/passion for Craft Beer and Wine - ideal but optional What we offer Competitive Compensation: Beyond the standard package plus language premium.
