About The Role We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our growing engineering team at Mobiles360. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the user-facing features of our platform, ensuring a seamless and performant experience for our users. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality web applications that serve millions of visitors each month. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive, performant, and accessible web interfaces using React and Next.jsCollaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect codeOptimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibilityWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript code following established best practicesParticipate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge across the teamIntegrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into frontend applicationsImplement and maintain unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworksWork in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesIdentify and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in frontend developmentStrong proficiency in React.js and Next.js (App Router preferred)Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3Experience with Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworksSolid understanding of web performance optimization techniquesFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQLExperience with version control systems, particularly GitStrong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibilityExcellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Nice to Have Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing LibraryKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with AWS or other cloud providersContributions to open-source projectsExperience with web analytics and SEO optimization techniques What We Offer Competitive salary of $90,000 – $130,000 per year, based on experienceComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance from day oneFlexible working hours and a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 remote)20 days of paid time off plus all federal holidays$2,000 annual learning and professional development budgetHome office setup stipend of $1,000Regular team events, off-sites, and company retreatsA collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment
