Senior Software Engineer (Frontend Leaning) - Remote First 💫 We’re working with a fast-growing AI startup building a new generation of software workers that can take on complex, manual workflows for businesses - using AI to reason, act and complete work end-to-end. Following a successful Series A and rapid customer growth, the company is now at an exciting stage of turning what has been built so far into a scalable, polished product used by leading businesses across a number of industries. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the customer-facing experience of the product and play a key role in shaping how users interact with AI-driven workflows. 🧩The role Own the frontend experience: build and evolve the interfaces through which customers interact with AI-powered productsShape the product: work closely with Product and Design to influence what gets built, bringing strong product judgement rather than simply implementing designs.Raise the engineering bar: contribute to frontend architecture, technical standards, testing, performance and development practices as the team scales.Stay hands-on: this is a highly autonomous role where you'll be expected to own projects end-to-end and have a meaningful impact on the direction of the product. 👀What we're looking for Tech stack: Deep, production-level experience with React and TypeScriptStrong experience with modern frontend tooling such as Next.js, Vite and design systems.A track record of building and shipping frontend products at startups, ideally having owned or helped build multiple products from the ground up.Experience scaling or refactoring frontend codebases, including component libraries, design systems, shared tooling and frontend architecture.Strong product instincts, you care about whether something is the right thing to build, not just whether it is technically well implemented. 📍 Setup: Remote-first, ideally based in the UK (or within approximately 3 hours of UK time) 💰 Salary: £100,000
